Bee's Knees Cocktail - A Little Sweet and Sour for Your Gin
The Bee's Knees is a fun and very easy cocktail. Some stories claim that the drink was concocted because the honey masked the odor of the liquor.
None the less, with today's variety of gins, the Bee's Knees is a delightful cocktail that you can experiment with.
ingredients
• 2 ounces 'Wenneker Original London Dry Gin'
• 3/4 ounce honey syrup
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
How to make it
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Rosemary’s Baby
This perfectly balanced gin cocktail gets its wonderful fragrance from fresh rosemary leaves.
ingredients
•1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, plus 1 small rosemary sprig for garnish
•3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano
•1 1/2 ounces 'Wenneker Original London Dry Gin'
•Ice
•1 ounce Prosecco
How to make it
In a mixing glass, gently muddle the rosemary leaves with the Cocchi Americano. Add the gin, fill the glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and top off with the Prosecco. Garnish with the rosemary sprig.
